OUR PROMISE
Every LALE product is formulated by Dr. Laleh Mehrrafiee with clinical-grade precision. We stand behind our formulas and your investment in your Smile Zone.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Returned with all original seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Sale or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products purchased through unauthorized retailers
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lalecosmetics.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email support@lalecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the unopened product in its original packaging to the address provided.
4. Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will process your refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective products.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval:
1. Check with your bank or credit card provider — processing time varies.
