SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped from our Irvine, California facility within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

During launch periods, holidays, and major promotions, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We will notify you of any delays.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

LALE Cosmetics currently ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington DC, and US territories.

We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand our shipping reach in the future — sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping
- $8.95 flat rate
- 3-5 business days delivery
- FREE on all orders $75 and over

Express Shipping
- $15.00 flat rate
- 1-2 business days delivery

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected method.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- Standard: 3-5 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days

These estimates do not include processing time. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 4-7 business days for Standard and 2-4 business days for Express.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website or via your customer account at lalecosmetics.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages
LALE Cosmetics is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Verify the shipping address on your order
3. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

If the carrier confirms a delivery error, please contact us at support@lalecosmetics.com and we will assist where possible.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@lalecosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. To request a change, contact support@lalecosmetics.com immediately. We will accommodate requests where possible, but cannot promise changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

CARRIER INFORMATION

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
